Hey, so I have been flowering for 3 1/2 weeks. They seem to be going slow what do you guys think? And what can I do?

So I checked up on the plants today and transplanted them. 3 of them are showing some problems and I think this might be a ph problem after looking into it a little. What do you guys think, and what are some things I can do about it?
