Harvest was December 23rd. I cut and hung them for about a 5 days then promptly moved to jars. Twice a day I open the lid for a few minutes to let moisture out and fresh air in. It's now Jan 13th and it smells like hay. Why am I not getting that skunky dispensary smell I long for? Sad :(
