I bought 2 40watt 4 footer flouresent lights made by phillips that are the 6500k spectrum and I was wondering if this is too high of light for 1-2 week old plants? My other options are 2 40watt 4 footer 2700k flouresents or a 90w ufo l.e.d. light. Thanks
