    Amnesia Lemon no bud

    Well basically im a 1st time grower and my im growing an amnesia lemon plant. its about 2-3feet and its about 4 weeks into flowerin but some reason its not getting buds its jus grow long hair like things :S can some1 tell me why ??? :weed:
