My friend tells me he used 4 1000 Watt bulbs running off of 110V for growing. Average monthly elec. bill was $680.00. Now he uses 4 1000 Watt bulbs running of off 220V and his bill decreased to about $400.00 a month. Is 220V a better idea and will it really reduce my elec. bill
