i had 2 plants in an open field, and they cut the grass yesterday, one of my plants got chopped... its still healthy and it is around a month old, i think it will die, but i need other oppionions for this. if i can fix it please lend me some tips

i need help i fucked up, and i need help with this how do i seperate the two plants?

my closet it my grow room and i use 3 100watt fluorescents for light and they seem to be growing pretty good, should i change or what?

can someone tell me if this germinated enough or should i put it back through (if you cant notice, that is a root sticking out.)
