this is my first harvest so i have too many questions.... i got 3 supergirls planted in one big pot, its been 6.5 flowering weeks. i'm wondering when should harvest ? should i start flushing ?? how many ounces should i expect at the end

hi all,, i'm a first timer .... i'm growing 6 supergirls, i started the flowring stage last month (feb 5th) ... one of the girls hair started turning gold and brown already.... is this normal? and if not what i need to do ,,, should i harvest this one or wat? thx
