i need help getting rid of bugs, FAST. someone help please

i have gnats and little crawly bastards, they are tiny and theyre everywhere. my plants just popped out of the ground. the soil i am using is horse manuer, im about to add coffee grounds, and egg shells. is there anything i can do to get rid of these bugs??

this is my 3rd set of plants, i have 3 outdoors, and 3 indoors, all started today. for the indoor plants: what is the minimum veg time until i can go into flowering? outdoor: after several weeks of being outside could i move them indoors and flower with a cycle something like 6/18 or 8/16?

I have 3 lights. 2 yellow and 1 blue light. I've been told that the yellow lights are for flowering and the blue lights are for veg. I've had all of them over 3 plants for a week. Not much growth has happened. I took out the yellow lights. Should I put the yellow ones back?
