I have two outdoor plants going that are about 3-4 inches and in the last 2 days the leaves have started to droop i water every 2-3 days so i dont think im over watering. what could some problems be?

I have 2 seedlings and i have them outdoors but it can get really windy, so I put them into 2 big clear glass candle holders with more than sufficient air. Does this reflect any natural sunlight away or hinder photosynthesis?
