Would a mild mixture of power thrive (B1 and kelp seaweed) and Bionova 27% liquid nitrogen to seedlings that are 1 week old in FFOF be safe?

Any idea what this could be? is it a burn, deficiency? it seems to be getting worse on all my plants...

Any idea? From my memory, I believe the spots started showing a couple days after I gave some nutes... then I layed off the nutes and my bottom fan leaves turned yellow...

I usually water my plants every 4-5 days. I just watered my plants yesterday with plain water. But today I noticed that they are in need of nutrients, the lower fan leaves are yellowing... should I re-water with nutrients ahead of normal schedule or wait it out.

Will misting my seedlings twice a day make up for low room humidity (30-35%)?

I have seedlings about 9 days old and about 2 inches tall. How close to the light should the seedlings be? I have adjustable ballast capable of 360, 400, and 600 watts. Currently it is 4 ft above my plants and on 360. The seedlings seem to be stretching a little.
