Hi. This is my first grow. My red congo is now more than 10 weeks into flowering and i have now flushed for about 10 days. For how long do u flush before harvest? 2 weeks enough?

I am growing red congolese(my first grow) the girl is about 70 days into flowering. Some parts of the plant looks more ready than the rest. Is it ok to harvest one branch or will it stress the plant? I think i will give her at least 10 more days. This picture is one week old.
