I'm doing my second grow and have switched from soil to an aeroponic system. There is a white mold that has covered the top of the rockwool cubes my plants are in and has grown on the base of one of the No. lights. What is this? How do I get rid of it? How harmful is it?

I am going to start a few new plants from seed in a small aerogarden hydro system and was planning to transplant into soil. I haven't read much about this and was wondering if anyone has expiriance or advice. Is there anything special I need to know or do? Any help would be much appreciated. Ghost
