I live in the US and was wondering what the safest and best seed bank would be to order from. Suggestions?

Ok its day 10 of flowering. The plant is only about 7 inches tall (due to a space issue of 25 inches tops) and im thinking i got a male :( but wanted a few oppinions before i got rid of it, since a few people on here told me to wait it out a few more weeks cause it may be stipules or new growth...

Im only on the 8th day of flowering and was wondering if anyone could tell if these plants were mail or female, or if it is still just too early to tell. The first pic is one plant, and the 2 other pics are of a different plant. Let me kno what you guys think

Ok its the 7th day of flowering. No signs of sex yet. I noticed on one of my plants that the new leaves that are coming out, some have holes in them. Its looks like they grew that way (but i dout it). Im using a full strength nutrient solution of 7-9-5. Could this be my problem? I will post...
