ok im using a 60watt cfl curly,and now im being told its actually only 13watts im confused and getting very frustrated.

im a little lost on the fert and nutes to buy.i have 2 seeds that just sprouted so i have some time. im on a very tight budget so i can spend no more then 10 bucks. will simple flower food work? what about miracle grow? just trying to figure out what brand and type,all answers welcome. thank you.
