I'm not sure if the inner two new set's of leaves are recognizable as a particular strain or if its some kinda melfunction?

Just asking cause Ive got new lights coming in and currently have Blue/Red LED's and have a feeling they aren't all they crack up to be

Is this a good set up? How many days/months should i wait before chucking my plants under? Does this look ok? I can get better ventilation but these lights create pretty much no heat at all and there seems to be enough air flow. Any feed back?
