as per my grow journal, I just bought this 400w hps setup today (shop was actually closed, but the owner was there when I called so I went down and grabbed it). The amber-glass base is cracked and amber glass chips are rattling around on the inner bulb (ignitor?). Hard to tell from the pics, but...
