hey guys ive recently brought some feminized white widow and some rasberry cough off nirvana i no that widow is fresh but i havent heard much about the cough anyone tried it? any feed back?

im just wondering wat would b the best way to consume oil iv known people who have tried to put them in gel caps and thery had bad troubles can you smoke it? is there a way to pack caps so they dont turn to mush? please help any advice would be gud

ok iv'e got a fairly small setup and its my first proper grow. i have a couple of older girls on 12/12 and was planing on bringing up a couple more on 12/12 from seed but whatever i manage to sprout lasts all of 2 days before getting eaten. i have no idea whats happening to them my bigger ones...
