Leaves are getting spotted then drying up. Noticed some spots, on fan leaves, when I took my clones and moved into veg room. Testing a disease and fungus treatment on a couple. Any ideas?

6" Filter says its good up to 18 months. It has only been 6 months and I am smelling some odors outside already. Have to get new one tomorrow!! Whats everybodys average life span for theirs?
