Been about 11 days in a pc case with 2 27w cfls. The plant that was in there that long is doing the worst right now compared to a plant that I recently put in (about 5-6 days ago). Check pics, any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello all, Please check pictures. Not sure what happened but it took off and left the other seeds in terms of growth and now today I find that it's leaning over? All input would be helpful. Thanks ;-)
