I have a electronic ballast that I would like to use in my flowering room. It can run 4 110 watt vho's. what spectrum should I use. And where do you think I can buy them?

I just got some clones from a friend of mine. They are about one week old. His lighting system ran 24/7. My system runs 18/6. I still have them in rockwool cubes. They are about 32 inches away from a 400 watt halide bulb. They are starting to turn yellow. The ph is 7. Any ideas what it could be.
