how should you transplant outside if you have been vegging under 24/7 light for 2 months, will the change in light cause it to start floweirng too soon or what shoudl one do?

Ive read a good tutorial about harvesting, and it said to hang with most leaves still uncut and trim once its dry. Its easier to trim b4 you hang but does this impede removing the chlorophyl from the plant if you dont hang with the leaves?
