Sup all. Im sprouting LL's white moscow in 3 gals, just noticed ph is over 7 in all pots. Seeds are in the middle of sprouting. 5 out of 10 so far. Should i amend soil? If so, with what?

I need to get a reflective surface going in my closet, but i don't have access to mylar or any of that stuff. Im going to paint this inside of the closet flat or titanium white, and i want to make sure it'll fight mildew. Anyone know if the fungicides they put in paint are harmful to plants?
