I have my grow room all togther. how do i figure out how many lumens, i will need for my grow room its 30" x 30" X 60"?

I just finished building my first grow room. It's made out of 1/2" thick plywood. The size of it is 30"L X 30"W X 60"H. I've not decided which to use yet mylar or flat white paint. Which do you thick is better for the walls? Also should i put it on the floor of the grow room? Lastly i am...
