The subject of the thread pretty much says it all. I've got autoflowering AK47 and it's been under 6500K CFL's for around 3 weeks now, and I'm not sure when I should change to 2700K's.

Here's a picture: I'm growing on coir, my nutrient medium pH is 6.7-6.8, but my soil pH meter shows a reading of 7-8 for some reason, so maybe that's the culprit? I don't know, the other plant, which is on the same medium made at the same time, and being fed with the same nutrient water...

I have this white fuzz that is very thinly growing on the top surface of my coir medium that I would like help to identify. I'm not exactly sure what it is, but I don't think it's hurting my plants too badly. It looks like the "frosted" part of frosted flakes. Here's a picture:
