What are the rust spots? And will it effect my flowers? I used tiger bloom 2 times but im only using Dr Earth from now on i think dry fertilizer is safer for me as it's my first plant. I use dechlorinated tap water. Didnt ph my tiger bloom and stopped cal mag a couple weeks ago.
