I am at a loss to figure out what's gone wrong.
I've been gardening and taking cuttings for over a decade. I have always had 90-100% success rate with rooting. They always grow beautifully after that.
BUT NOW, just look at them! growth tips have stunted and I'm so sad. It's almost all of them...
