Day 26 of flower an I noticed some did coloring not sure I think it’s nitrogen def but not sure

Check on my ladies today an noticed they look a little in healthy some lower leaves droopy but not all them

So I check a lil bit of run off I accidentally over watered my soil (fox farm ocean forest) I got ppm reading of like 2200 ( ppm meter is a trash one ) I’m not sure if it’s accurate should I just use ph water no nutes for a few waterings to let the roots take up the stuff in soil ? I’m worried...

So I woke up an noticed my soil ph was around 8 I used vinegar to lower to around 6.5 the next morning it went back up to between 7-8 I used more to bring it back down any help I’m worried it’s killing my plants

I put some teen clones in my 2x2 on Friday 19 repotted to 3 gal with fox farms ocean forest Watered with 6.3 ph it’s been 24 hrs and they still real wet just worried any advice
