Well so far my plants are 1 week into flowering. the problem that i have is that i had 6 plants in 1 gallon pots. now that i have three females for sure, i have space for bigger pots, being that with six plants the pots were packed in there and touching. so my question is would i hurt the ladies...

My friends dad keeps telling me about bending the top of the plant over. basically having the cola pointing down, says it grows bigger buds. Is this a good idea?
