Indoor, day ten of flowering in FF dirt, 1/2 strength nutes (MG) with a ph of 6.5. Started out with small brown spots on the bottom leaf sets (just the tips) and then random spots and now this: I'm fearing it could be a fungus issue. Help, guys!

4x 42w, 2x 13w, 2x 23w various spectrum. One plant, topped, on day three of flowering and its about 8" or so in a 35" tall space. Is this alright? I'll resize the pic if I can ever figure out how (on a phone).

Just trying to gather some info up. I currently have four females under 240 watts of CFL. Each plant has an overhead 42w and a 13w, 2 18w and a 23w between them. Is this sufficient lighting? I ask because I'm 2 1/2 weeks into flower and my plants don't look up to par with what I've seen on here...
