I turned my heater on in my room for like 5 minutes to come back and realize it was pointed at my babies. Now they look hella droopy. Immediately threw the heater across the room. What steps should i take

Not sure what this means? Would like some advice. I also have noticed that a huge root grew out the bottom of my gallon pot. Which is a chamber were waters comes out so its always wet and not much air gets down there so i dont know if i should take off the chamber to let the root die or just...
