Hi guys, i started my grow all wrong, i only started 3 plants and thus far 2 are male, is it possible to start seedlings under my 780 hps light for the 12 hours, then take them out and pout them under a lamp, would that be sufficient enough?

I have 2 plants about 4 weeks in and im still not sure weather there female or male..! Also i need some advice on which light spectrum i need for the best harvest!!!! here are some picsss. It grew so much over the christmas breakk. almost doubled in size.!
