I got a response from VIPARSPECTRA. They said it uses the Samsung LM281B+ LEDs.

XS series uses the LM301Bs. XS Pro series they did not say, only that its not Samsung. P1000 Pro uses the LM301H which is basically a renamed B for "Horticulture". The other lights in the P series dont though. Compare diode count too. The XS1500 has 324 and the XS1500 Pro has 450.

The 2022 viparspectra claim the 301h horticulture samsung diodes with osram 660s. Spec wise looks nice imo.
