    Drying in a fridge

I've tried it a few times with small amounts under an oz in a lunch bag and it works fine. When you take the buds out you have to let them sit a while before you mess with them. They're brittle when they first come out of the fridge. They seemed to have a bit more taste, but nothing special.

    A SIP to Mars.

Hey myke I like the setup. I'm battling gnats this summer more than any other. re the play sand. I read years ago when researching using the play sand they recommended using regular sand because it has jagged edges and the play sand has a smother texture for the kiddies. I never used either...

    SIP thread -- (Sub-Irrigated Planter)

I would have to give the edge to the SIP with the cup since there were no blossom end rots on it. Both had to have the reservoirs refilled daily so if I do outdoor SIPs again I'll definitely have to use larger reservoir or auto fill of some kind.

    SIP thread -- (Sub-Irrigated Planter)

cleaned up the garden today and took apart the SIPs. Both sips grew to 66" tall and the branches were so heavy they were falling over with fruit. This one had two 1/2" wicks. It had a few toms with blossom rot but nothing wide spread. And there were two root masses about two feet long in...

    Drying by weight?

I try to pick a 28-30 gram cola and hang it from a small postal scale and watch the weight. Once it's down to 10 grams I know it's almost ready depending on the feel of the bud. Once I trim off the stem I usually end up with +/- 7g or 25% of the original weight.

4:20 NEWS; has the original Columbian Gold "curing method been forgotten"

I've grown Col Gold from World of Seeds and it was real close to high and taste of the 78 Colombian I remember. Definitely one of my favorite strains. I bought more of the seeds and it was close but not the same as the first batch. I crossed one of the last ones with my legendary Widow plant...

Does anyone replant the "top" after topping?

for the most part they're not exactly symmetrical, but they do start to grow like a mature top would sooner than usual alternating the nodes. they should still be ok for manifolding.

Screw the pills. Start eliminating one thing at a time from your diet for a week or two to see if it helps. Something you eat almost every day. I've suffered for years until i gave up ice cream and chocolate for Lent about 20 years ago (I'm 68 now). I noticed the psoriasis eased up...
