if he was selling i'd say it was more for the money, generally pot smokers dont resort to violence to get high.. that more your coke/crack crowd. I know people who sell the hard stuff and they frequently deal with people willing to do anything to get high. But never a pot head..

Still would suggest having 2 ballasts, i mean with the dual system if your ballast goes then your completely in the dark..

i think so, and i dont think it would be a problem to run one light with the dual system, not sure why you would spend the extra money on it thought unless you planned on expanding.

Ran it for a week with no problems. Have nowhere safe to grow right now. But I was told sunpulse bulbs were designed for the higher frequencies of digital ballasts. If your having problems check them out. There isn't much support out there for this issue. If ya have any questions feel free to ask.
