Well, it's possible to grow seedlings under almost any type of light if you want to keep em alive, but if you want optimum growth stick to cfl's for seedlings. As akilleez rightly mentioned, flood lamps do get pretty hot so try and stay away from them.

Hey. Dude, they dont look to bad. They might still be suffering from a bit of stress from the transplant. If you can get some thrive alive, try and use that. Helps with plant & root stress. If you have a moisture meter, which you do, use it, thats more acurate than testing the top 3 inches...

Not a bad idea. What spectrum are they? Cause if you still in veg it would be good to get higher spectrum cfl's with more blue for the veg stage.

Hey there! I would say that you have been over feeding them. Also your nutes are fairly high in P which is causing your purple coloured stems. A simple flush of the soil should help em out. Flush em, wait for it to dry and take it from there. Hope this helps

Just flush your soil, let it dry and feed them bloom nutes when you next water. You want to be using warm light spectrums. 2700K will be fine. Good luck with the grow.
