Hang it. The 600W HPS will be more than enough for 4 plants mate. You'll just have to deal with plants that wants to grow taller in a different way.

In the dimension that you drew on there, i would say 1-2, depending if you go for 125W or 300W. I take it you gonna build some kind of grow cab in there?

I would rather get the HPS, but that all depends on how big your grow space is. HPS lights will give you more yield and better bud. Those CFL's are nice, but i preer to flower under hps.

Hey there. Looks like you got a iron and sulfer deficiency. Try giving it some rusty water mixed with a bit of epson salt (1tsp per litre). Have you checked for any bugs or pests?

CFL's are rated in Kelvin (K). For vegetative stage you want CFL's with a high K and for flowering you want CFL's with a lower Kelvin temperature. The lower the Kelvin rating the warmer (more red & orange) the cfl. Hope it helps.

I recently got a SON-T Plus External Ignitor 250 watt HPS lamp. My question is: I have been using a Vialox Nav-T (Son-T) lamp on a 250w maxibright ballast. Will the new son-t plus work on the old maxibright ballast or do I need something else to use it. What is an external ignitor? :wall:

Lol. What happens next is it grows. It ya treat it right, it grows well & yes, you will have more leaves come out on (hope) her new shoots. The older the plant gets, the more leaves it shoots out. Mature plants normally have 9 single leaves per fan leave....sometimes more, all depends on strain...

Should grow outward. Sometimes you do find that leaves grow downwards. It all depends if its drooping downward or growing with nice stiff leaves downward..... Hope it helps.
