    Veganic Grow 2020

Yeah that mix does have a PH buffer . Really that's what a good soil mix does you want it to stay around 6.4 or so PH after watering with plain water no spending countless hours PHing water. Never worked with pino compost not sure how acidic it will get, the organic mix is made to use as is so...

    Veganic Grow 2020

Couple things you might want to add a source of minerals like basalt azomite or sea90 and a PH buffer like oyster shell. The PH buffer will also add a source of calcium. I use stuff from the SF bay area it is mined and 100's of millions of years old so it powders up better and is more soluble...

    Veganic Grow 2020

You will save money buying amendments like the down to earth or the cheapest way is to grow your own if you have the land. The plastic tub will work for cooking soil but i would look into coots and no till. You basically just feed the worms and keep an eye on the PH. The way i feed mine it will...

Dry Hanging marijuana smells Musty:( help?

62% humidity is what you want to cure weed at. 35% is a bit low You want to hang it upside down in a room about 50% humidity till the branches snap. Going to be ready for jars in 2 or 3 days @ 35% and will be easy to get too dry @ that humidity better watch it close.

Dry Hanging marijuana smells Musty:( help?

He just wants to take your stash, nothing you can do now if you have fixed the vent problem and you have control of humidity but sit back and wait to see if mold or mildew forms or bathe them in a H2o2 bath but the latter is going to hurt the quality as it destroys trichomes.

Illegal state, cops enter home for gas leak, I'm out of state

Really no need to pack it in just get a hemp strain and practice with it for that year. That would be perfectly legal in the States.

    Properly venting a room

What kind of lights are you going to use. Quality LED give off quite a bit less heat then HPS lights so you could get by with a bit less CFM. If you are not filling the entire room full of plants you can also get by with less CFM. Thats quite a bit of space you going to fill it up? If so I...

    Properly venting a room

One to two changes a minute is what that calculator says. But yeah that number is the minimum. That should be fine for a room 2 changes a minute would be more for a greenhouse in full sun during the hottest part of the day.

    Water PH

If you are using Bottled organic fertilizers then yeah you will have to PH up that stuff as it is usually pretty acidic. A good soil mix will buffer the PH on it's own but not if using bottles of basicly acid, so thats is why you would want to PH bottled nutes before adding to a soil. That Ph...

    Driverless Cobs, with a driver?

No not a way that i know of without cutting the chip up to bypass the onboard driver on the Driverless cob. They have drivers they are built into the chip not sure why they are called driverless. They sell basically the same chips cheaper just without the onboard driver. Might want to get a few...

Sooo I went through flower at 150wtts

500 watts for a 4x4 that's about 32 watts a square foot. Then you can always dim it a bit if needed.

Sooo I went through flower at 150wtts

Quality LED light makers should have a Umol/j measurement or a PPFD measurement with the light specs. Bridgelux added it to their calculators awhile back not sure if anyone else has yet. There is a wall you hit with ambient CO2 and how much PPFD you have. Seems to be a lot of...

Sooo I went through flower at 150wtts

You can flower a 3x3 very nicing with 300 watts of quality LED. Thats 33 watts a square foot Anymore light you would need CO2 to use it. I set my light to flower @ 300 watts. Here is a pic of my grow day 35. How many umol/j you getting? I run 2.5 - 2.6 umol/j on my light.

    0-10v PWM Dimming?

Those type dimmers would more than likely fry the meanwell driver. You can hook 100k potentiometer to the driver for dimming that is the easiest way. PWM is a bit more involved but can be done but it will take a PWM module and a 10 volt DC power supply. There is a whole thread on dimming in here...
