i'm growing outside and my plants have these flowering looking things that look like seeds on top of the plant.Will they become buds,or are they just seeds.I'm a first timer and would appreciate any help.

my question is i have 6 plants that have these flower type thing on top of the plants. they look like seeds and i was wondering are they going to turn into buds or are they just seeds?

I'm a first timer myself and i have about 10 different plants growing . 4 f's and 6 m's. my question is the 6 m's(i think) have flowers on the top of the plants and they look some what like seeds.are they just seeds or is that what the buds will turn into?
