    Light leaks with autoflowers?

I had my power go out while I was at work last year. If the electric companies updates were correct, it was out for about 4.5 hours. I had three autos running at the time. One of them, Magic Cookies (RocBud Inc) hermied really bad. They were on 24/0 lighting so that was (darkness) something...

Spider Farmer SE3000 & FastBuds Auto Grow Journal

Just read through your journal. You're doing a good job. The only way you learn is by making some mistakes. Each new plant you go into that grow with more knowledge than you had with the previous plant. It gets better and better.

    Let's see your auto grows!

A few years back I would mix about 1 teaspoon Grow Big + 1 teaspoon of Tiger Bloom per gallon of water. By the time I harvested, there was usually only a few leaves left. lol. I was naïve and thought they were just hungry. They were just getting smoked by the Tiger Bloom. Looking back now, I'm...

    Let's see your auto grows!

What causes the brown, crispy leaves later in flower? When they appear, it's always a few small leaves per branch. I've run across this after 65-70 days (with autos).

    Novice/autos/made mistakes already/ please help

Such great advice. You will laugh at yourself a few months/year from now when you think back on how much time you spent with the seedlings/plants each day in the beginning. Eventually, you are able to go 24-48 hours without even looking at them. It takes time, though.

    When to start LST?

Nice job. It's so scary at first. It gets better each time though.

    When to start LST?

I always start my autos in a rapid rooter/humidity dome until they break ground. Then put the rooter in a solo cup of FFOF. Leave it in there for two weeks. Prior to transplanting to it's final 3 gallon bag, I soak both the soil in the solo cup (FFOF) and the soil in the 3 gallon bag (FFOF). Use...

    Black ash PLEASE HELP

One of those times I fed molasses with my last 3-4 watering's. Not sure if the black ash was worse that time or not. I don't think there was much difference.

    Black ash PLEASE HELP

Nice thread. A lot of good information in less than 24 hours. I've only experienced true "black" ash a few times (three?). The only thing I found that was in common in all three instances was it was during winter months and RH was hovering anywhere between 35-48% during the dry process. Even...

    What happened to this plant?

Good job keeping it alive. While those yellow burn spots will never go away, you can keep it from spreading anymore by continuing to do what you are doing. Never use more than 1/2tsp per gallon of Tiger Bloom. NEVER. Start with 1/4tsp and add only as needed. From my experience, those curled...

    Let's see your auto grows!

I'm @ Day 83 on a Sour Patch Bears (3Bears OG x Sour Stomper) from Span Lion Genetics. It's one of the most frosty buds I've ever grown. It looked like it was ready to harvest at day 56.

lost my seed in the soil?

Agreed. I usually germinate my seeds in a shot glass of water for 24-48 hours until the seed cracks and the taproot starts poking out. Don't let it get too long, or you run the risk of damaging it when you move to the next step. I presoak a rapid rooter (squeeze it to get out excess water) and...
