the deformed one looks ifested with spider mite i can see silk trails on it think i can see cell damage on leafs i am not 100% sure can you check the leafs for tiny white spots.

if your sturgling to get neuts in your area, get a good tomatoe feed better than using nothing mix at half strenth dont mix as sugested for tomatoe its too strong, imo
