If you are going to go the CFL route you will need 6500k daylight bulbs for veg stage and 2700k for flowering. You should grab a clamp lamp from lowes and a Y splitter so you can have 2 lights on it. Because its just one plant I would def go with the CFL route.

y not just grab some spray paint 1 can black, 1 can white. Put the black down to make sure light doesn't leak out and white on top to reflect.
