Ocean Forest - Soil Test Report

I start with FFOF as a base, and then I amend it to make it stronger. Sure, it'll work by itself OK in some environments and setups, but not mine.. I want a water only mix start to finish, and FFOF provides me with a good base to start from. It's convenient, easy and 12 bux a bag. I have...

    Brown blotches all over plant

Runoff can tell you which way your soil PH is trending, but it's still not going to be the true PH of your soil.. That being said, your runoff number doesn't seem bad at all.. Have you looked at the EC of the runoff? Hard to say what may be happening without knowing that EC number..

    Veg Time?

That depends on what size plant you need at the end! - I've seen some guys pop seeds directly into 12/12 - so that wold be zero veg time!

day 50 it doesnt look too good

Man, Azam, that's hard to look at.. At day 50 you don't really have much room, time wise to turn things around. I see what looks like some possible heat stress, maybe related to light intensity. If you can dim your light a little bit, that might help her. Are you feeding this plant? What is...

    Any comments would be great!

Hey Best Budz - those look pretty good so far! Good training job too - I couldn't help but notice you have yellow stickies, and some of them are pretty saturated with, what I'm going to assume, are fungus gnats. If that's the case, they can get out of hand pretty fast and those larvae that...

    First indoor Garden

Looks like a good start, Steve - don't be afraid to get those seedlings close to the T8's, maybe 4-5 inches. Good Luck!

    In House Genetics

I haven't tried them, but I hear they have decent gear - I believe there is a thread dedicated to 'In House Genetics' in the Seed and Strain Reviews section.

Worm castings soil : need to flushing?

If you stop feeding @ 5 weeks, and plan to go for an 8 or 9 week flower period, I don't think you'd need to flush - or - at least I probably wouldn't.

    Brown blotches all over plant

That kind of looks like a P deficiency to me - the first thing I'd do is check soil PH, and if that is in a decent range (6.0-6.8), I might try providing some P and see of that helps. Good Luck!

Has anyone grown Shiva Skunk by Sensi Seeds?

No personal experience yet, but I have a pack of those in my fridge and I'll be popping a few this winter.. Will circle back here and update in the future..

    Switching to 1000w

They all look good to me - that slight curl to the leaves on the second one could potentially be a heat related issue, but not bad. When going from a lower wattage bulb to a higher wattage bulb, I always hang the larger wattage bulb much higher, at first, and then after a couple days if...

    My wifes rescue plant

Looks healthy! I'll top early, but don't typically start defoliating until later in a plants life but to each their own. Have fun - good job so far!

Whats this? Amber drops in dried buds

That is a plant sap. From what I read, it's not psychoactive. Looking good -

How do these look so far

Looking good! 'Fattening up' depends on genetics, but typically it starts around weeks 5 or 6. Good Luck!

C99 ready for cloning.. need advise with future feeding

I think Fox Farm makes a soil version of Big Grow, and a hydro version of Big Grow. I've used both for soil with no ill effects - I bought the 'hydro' version by mistake one time and it worked fine. I'm guessing the soil version would be fine for hydro too. I say go with what you got and see...

    Question: Sealed CO2 room

I run a sealed environment 24/7 - except when I go in and out of the room - and I don't vent any air. I have a mini-split, bottled CO2 on a controller and a dehumidifier. I grow in 7 gallon pots of amended Fox Farm Ocean Forest and have never had any root rot issues. I've been running sealed...
