i dont think as far as nutrients it is the same but i dont think molasses does much for nutrients either does it? im just a noob whos read alot lol but i think its more for the sugar aspect to help the buds produce... and i cant believe you like to eat molasses u crazy women ;) lols!

look in the grow faq there are many bending techniques i did this with a few of my plants from the beginning but they turned out to be males so never really saw the end result lol.. just do a lil at a time so that you dont stress it or break it.. slightly bend and use a string or a paperclip to...

well u really should use the molasses throughout the whole flowering process i used mine up till the last week then flushed with plain water.. flushing just simply means using plain water the last 2 weeks to get all the nutes/chemicals outta ur buds gl! and yeah the molasses does help imo

seedlings dont need much water make sure the soil is completely moist then let it dry out a little so the soil/roots can get air then water again when you stick ur finger in the soil and the middle is dry you know you need to water again... water completely till you get a lil run off then repeat...
