i'm definitley no expert or anything, but i think nitrogen is supposed to help keep the foliage green. check this out Those letters are the 20-30-20 or w/e u see on the plant food bags. so maybe u should put some more nitrogen, and maybe some potassium for overall which is the "K". dunno...

so i have 2 24" florescents, but they would be mounted vertically, so that the light is emitting from the side of the grow box. Would this be a problem?
