yeah im in ontario too and mine are just starting to show aswell maybe 1 week into flowering but im gonna say that smellybud's g13s dont really look like they are 3 weeks into budding

if ur plants getting later into they're budding and the budds are getting mature then i wouldnt foliar feed but if they are still early into budding you might want to do one or two foliar feedings to get it to the buds quicktime

doing wat i did with the guano and casting and emulsions are no more difficult than using a premade fertilizer that has the same stuff in it, if you go aand by a commercial product it probably wont be 100% organic just organic based, if you just want some commercial ferts then go to a your local...
