Does this include some lower kelvin bulbs for bloom? Some people grow with both during veg and bloom also. Probably to save some money. Its about the lumens. I will lookout for the new journal. Or leave a link.

Yup I'd go with #2. With #1 you are going to improve your venting also, correct? One plant and its an easy call, more (6 or more in veg) and I'd stay with the HPS for this grow and save money for the next grow. Hope this helps your decision.
