Usually drooping this early is due to over-watering but that doesn't seem to be the case if they are watered that many days appart. The 15% humidity is on the lower side, see if you can bring that up a little. Other than that I would give them a little more time and see where that takes them. JJD

Honestly? If you have more seeds and can afford 2-3 CFL's I would just start all over, since that one is stretched so much already the amount of bud isn't worth the effort. That what I would do anyways but it is really up to you bro. JJD

That is your problem, not only is 45watts not enough for a plant but a UV light is also not ideal. CFL's are pretty cheap, even if you got a couple it would be better than what your running right now. Best of luck, JJD

It's extremely stretched out man, what are you running for lights? I would get more lights and get them closer to the plant. I am also a month into veg, check out my journal. JJD
