How often are you opening the fridge door to make the temps rise and fall? In NORMAL use the fridge will hardly fluctuate in temperature, also that being said ive sprouted some of my dads old bag seeds from the 70's that were just kept in a tin and in a drawer and 7 out of 10 sprouted and grew...

usually the difference between the lights on and off temps that cause the colour change its probably getting a bit cold on the , nothing to worry about. wouldnt worry about the dome they only need the humidity when there seeds. not a bad little set up you got there.
