i mix my soil to perlite at 50/50 its up to you the more perlite the more watering you need to do cos alot of water drains out so fast

if low humidity is a problem for you a small tray with water in might help and if you want lower temps you either need a bigger intake or bigger exhaust fan or both

the hairs could just be that they were cuttings taken from a flowering plant

might be that the roots are getting too much light roots dont like the light pop em in some soil and see what happens staring at them in a paper towel wont make em grow

they normally break the soil bent over i usually put them under some small flos so they get over head light helps em straighten out nicely

you missed out perlite and soil mixed this is what i grow in it gives good drainage sometimes requires more watering as the water doesnt stay in the soil so long

ive moved small plants in a suitcase its only an hour away and you got heaters in your car i wouldnt be too worried id be more worried about them falling over and snapping

you havent watered for 3 days and they are drooping could they need water

you shouldnt need to nute yet not til at least second week with a 1/4 strength mix other than that looks ok maybe a little stretch going on what lights and how close are they

we get 2 12/12s a year we get the spring equinox and autumn equinox spring one days get slightly longer roughly 5 mins a week longer then after autmun you lose 5 mins of light a week btw the spring one starts in march around the 19th if memory serves me right

if your worried the lights cant be moved to the plants if mounted on a board why not move your plants to the light i know id rather have lights secured than fall on my plants

i would last frost here in the uk will be april or may if you dont want autos any plants that are designed to be grown outdoor in holland will also work in the u.k possibly last outdoordate would be october to real early november and hope we dont get an ealry winter one breed ive been...
