How much sunlight are they gettin? meaning are they in full sunlight or are they in some shady area. If they are in the shade they will probably tend to stretch more lookin for the sun!!
White paint is more reflective, cheaper, and easier to clean than mylar!!! Not tryin to be a dick or anything just stating what i have researched on the subject!!! But the emergency blankets do work well and are pretty cheap too.
Well if you catch them within a couple weeks you will be fine as they can't mature that quickly within the 2 weeks of the 12/12 switch look for little white hairs or little balls forming at the stem sites
For the real young ones maybe start aroung 4-5 inches to make sure they react well but CFL's don't put off much heat so you can have them really close with no worry!!!
Well you want 2 a plant if ya can! The more the better with CFL's!!!! The 23w ones are a good choice and use the bulbs with 6500k color temp. for veg. and 2700k for flowering!!!!
Oy yeah get the plants out of those clear containers cause they are bad!!!! they let the light in and it hits your roots and they absolutly hate it!!!!!
Get more lights and take that foil off the walls (makes hot spots) and paint your walls flat white (way better reflector of light) Get your lights within 2 inches of the plants to stop the stretching. General rule is anywhere from 12"-18" for flowering but it is totally up to you. It depends on...
well thats what i use sometimes but i do it in small doses and mix with water and p.h. test it before i put it in cause like ya said it can be very toxic!!! Good to hear yer still goin get some pics up!!
